Press brake bending
We bend laser-cut sheet to the angle you need on a press brake. Boxes, brackets, covers and profiles take shape in this process.
Sube un archivo 3D y recibe un presupuestoHow the price is calculated
The price is the number of bends per part times the price per bend. Long bends and thick sheet raise it with a multiplier. Tool setup is charged once per line. 20% VAT is added.
You enter the bend count on the quote screen. The bend length is taken from the longest edge of the DXF flat pattern or STEP model you upload.
File and limits
Upload the flat pattern as DXF or the bent part as STEP. You can note bend angles and inner radii on a PDF drawing; it is for reference and is not priced.
The maximum bend length is 3000 mm. Parts beyond this limit or with a very high bend count go to engineering review.
- Cold-rolled, galvanized, stainless and aluminum
- DXF flat pattern or STEP model
- In the same quote as laser cutting
Preguntas
How do I count bends?
Each bend line on the part is one bend. A cover with all four edges folded has four bends.
Do you also cut the sheet?
Yes. With the same DXF you can add one laser cutting line and one press brake line to the quote.
Where do I specify the bend angle?
Note angles and dimensions on a PDF drawing or in the quote note. Our engineers check them before production.
