This policy summarises how personal data and the technical files you upload are protected. 1. Information we collect

Name, email and password when you open an account; company, tax, billing and delivery details when you request a quote or order; the files you upload for quotes and what you write in the contact form. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, never in plain text.

2. Confidentiality of your technical files

• CAD/STEP/STL files, drawings and sample photographs are not kept in a public folder; they are stored in private storage and opened only to you and authorised staff through time-limited, signed links.
• Files are used only for quoting, manufacturability review and producing your order; they are never sold or shared with other customers or third parties.
• Eksenix Market sells physical parts only; STEP/STL files of market products are not released to customers.
• Contact us for projects that need a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

3. Payment security

Card payments run on the Garanti BBVA virtual POS with 3D Secure. Card details go from the payment form directly to the bank; the Company does not store card numbers, expiry dates or CVV codes. Only the first 6–8 digits are looked up to show instalment options.

4. Security measures

The site runs over HTTPS only; session cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite. Access is role-based, admin actions are logged and access follows the least-privilege principle. No transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free; never share your password.

5. Third-party content and links

The map on the contact page (Google Maps) and product videos (YouTube/Vimeo) load only if you allow functional cookies. The Google Analytics 4 tag loads on every page; without analytics-cookie consent it sends a cookieless measurement ping and does not write a cookie. Details are in the Cookie Policy. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites linked from ours.

6. Children

Membership and purchases are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors.
