This policy applies to sales by Fink Games Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. on eksenix.com under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Standard market products: 14-day withdrawal

• For products sold from stock or with a standard option on Eksenix Market, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery to them or a third party they designate, without giving reasons and without penalty.
• Send the notice before the period ends by email to [email protected], in writing to Geçit Mah. 1. Vefa Sokak No: 34, 16180 Osmangazi/Bursa, Türkiye or via the customer panel, quoting the order number.
• Return the product with its invoice within 10 days of the notice using the cargo company we specify; no return shipping cost is charged.
• We refund all payments, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the payment method used for the purchase and without charging you. The time until the refund appears on your card depends on your bank.
• The consumer is liable for loss of value caused by use beyond what is needed to examine the product (Regulation Article 14).

2. Parts made to order from your file: no right of withdrawal

3D-printed, CNC-machined, laser-cut, press-brake-bent and similar parts produced and quoted from the customer's CAD/STEP/STL file, drawing, sample or specified dimensions, material, colour and quantity are goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs. Under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these orders. This is stated in the Pre-Contractual Information Form before ordering.

3. Cancelling an order

• Unpaid quotes and orders can be cancelled from the customer panel at any time.
• For paid made-to-order orders, cancellation requests sent to [email protected] before production starts are accepted and refunded within 14 days. Once production has started, cancellation is not accepted because the goods are made to order; rights for defective performance remain.
• If the Company cannot perform because a file cannot be manufactured, the content is unlawful or stock is insufficient, it informs you within 3 days and refunds all amounts within 14 days.

4. Defective goods

If the delivered goods do not match the ordered specification or the dimensions and tolerances stated in the quote, the consumer may choose under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 to withdraw from the contract, obtain a price reduction, free repair or replacement. Reporting obvious defects promptly with photographs speeds up the process. Process-specific marks and slight colour differences, and results caused by errors in the customer's file, are not defects.

5. Business buyers

The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes; their returns and cancellations follow the quote terms and general law.
