4. Delivery
Goods are shipped to the delivery address above by cargo. Made-to-order parts are dispatched after production within the lead time stated in the quote. In any case, delivery is made within 30 days of the order unless a longer period has been expressly agreed in writing.
5. Right of withdrawal
For standard products sold on Eksenix Market, the buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Notice of withdrawal is sent to [email protected] or to the seller's address in writing or via the customer panel. The product must be returned within 10 days of the notice; the seller refunds the full price, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the payment method used for the purchase.
Parts manufactured from a file, drawing, sample or specification supplied by the buyer (3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, press-brake bending and similar made-to-order work) are goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs. Under Article 15(1)(ç) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to these goods. The buyer's rights for defective goods under Law No. 6502 are reserved.
6. Technical notes for made-to-order parts
Parts are made from the buyer's file. Dimensions follow the buyer's model within the general tolerances of the chosen process (ISO 2768-m unless stated otherwise in the quote). Surface finish, layer lines, colour shade and small deviations inherent to the process are not defects. The buyer confirms that they hold the rights to the files they upload.
7. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be sent to [email protected] or 0850 307 3637. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
