3D FDM production
FDM builds a part by depositing molten filament layer by layer. We work with this technology from prototype to end-use part; large parts are printed in one piece, without splitting.
Upload a 3D file and get a quoteLarge-format part production
We print your parts in one piece up to 800 × 800 × 1.000 mm, so you do not have to join, glue or assemble them. If a part is larger than that, our engineers contact you and we agree how to proceed.
Stage 1
Which parts are produced with FDM
Concept models, covers, ducts, housings, fixtures and lightly loaded clips produce well with this method. Complex internal geometry and unsupported form, where no cutter can reach, is FDM's advantage.
Layer lines remain visible; infill and wall change the strength. FDM does not replace the strength of a load-bearing metal part. Where a part takes a screw or must fit a bore to a tight tolerance, CNC is the honest process.
We produce in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU.
- Prototypes and concept models
- Covers, housings and panels
- Fixtures and assembly aids
- Ducts and air-guiding parts
Stage 2
How the price is calculated
The total follows the filament mass used in your part, with VAT added separately. Supports sit inside that mass and are not billed twice. If the mass is not yet clear, the screen shows a preliminary estimate and no exact total.
Draft, standard and fine change layer height, infill and walls. The orientation you choose does not rewrite the uploaded file.
Questions
Does every STL get a price?
If a file cannot be read or the part is outside the build size, no exact price is shown. Our engineers review the file instead.
Do you print large parts?
Yes. A single part prints up to 800 × 800 × 1.000 mm without splitting. For parts beyond that, we contact you.
Does the part need to be split?
If it fits, we print it in one piece. If it does not fit, no automatic price is shown and our engineers talk to you.
