Aluminum is the first material for light, dimensionally true and fast-machining parts. We produce brackets, covers, housings and prototypes in 6061, 6082 and 7075 on the CNC mill and lathe.

6061 is the plain way for welding trials and general brackets. 6082 is its close relative in European stock. 7075 machines more slowly and extends every cover; it should not be chosen without a fatigue or tensile reason. Anodize color is not inside the automatic price.
An internal corner needs as much clearance as the tool radius. If you leave zero radius in the model, the machine cannot produce that corner.
