Our services
Which process makes a part depends on its material, size and job. Under one roof we run 3D FDM production, CNC turning and milling, laser cutting, press brake bending and 3D scanning — and we design and build special machines.
3D FDM Production
- PLA
- PETG
- ABS / ASA
- TPU
- Large single piece
Prototypes and end-use parts with FDM layer deposition. Large parts are printed in one piece, without splitting.
Open02CNC Turning & Milling
- Shafts, bushings, fittings
- Pockets, slots, holes
- Aluminum, steel, stainless
- Instant price from STEP
Rotational parts such as shafts, bushings and fittings are turned; prismatic parts with pockets, slots and holes are milled. Upload your STEP file and we pick the method from the geometry.
Open03Laser Cutting
- Instant price from DXF
- Cold-rolled and galvanized
- Stainless
- Aluminum
- 3000 × 1500 mm sheet
Fiber laser cutting for cold-rolled, galvanized, stainless and aluminum sheet. Upload a DXF and see a price from cut length, pierces and sheet size right away.
Open04Press Brake Bending
- Priced per bend
- DXF flat pattern or STEP
- 3000 mm bend length
- Boxes, brackets, covers
We bend cut sheet to the angle you need on a press brake. Enter the bend count and the price follows bend length and sheet thickness.
Open053D Scanning
- Model from sample
- Reverse engineering
- Dimensional check
- Broken parts
We turn the part in your hand into a digital model with a 3D scanner. Production from a sample and redesign of obsolete parts start with a scan.
Open06Machine Design & Manufacturing
- Special machines
- Fixtures and jigs
- 3D design and drawings
- Manufacturing and assembly
We listen to your need and design special machines, fixtures and jigs in 3D; then we make the parts ourselves with CNC, laser, press brake and 3D printing and assemble them.
OpenQuestions
I don't know which technology fits my part. What should I do?
Send the file or the sample; we recommend the process from the material, tolerance and quantity. Rotational parts go to the lathe, prismatic parts to the mill, light complex forms to FDM, and a part without a file starts with a scan.
How does quoting work?
We start from an STL, a STEP or a sample. FDM, CNC milling, laser cutting and press brake work is priced automatically; unreadable files and mold work are priced after engineering review.
