Brass part production
Brass machines cleanly on the lathe; it holds a thread, gives a sealing face and resists corrosion. We produce fittings, bushings and connectors in brass on the CNC lathe and mill.

You get a quote with a STEP file or technical drawing. Note the thread standard (metric, Whitworth, NPT); working from a sample, we measure the thread. Turning work is priced after engineering review.
Stage 1
Where brass is the right material
Fittings in liquid and gas lines, bushings in bearings and conductive elements in electrical connections are brass's classic jobs. The material is non-magnetic and does not spark, which matters in some environments.
Brass is softer than steel; for a highly loaded structural part, steel or aluminum is the better choice. Tell us the job and we settle the material together.

Questions
Can you make a single fitting or bushing?
Yes. Spares and special sizes start at quantity one.
I don't know the thread standard, but I have a sample.
No problem. We measure the sample, identify the thread standard and produce to that dimension.
