This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (browser local storage) used on eksenix.com, operated by Fink Games Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a site.
1. Categories
- Strictly necessary: sign-in, security, cart, quote drafts and storing your cookie choice. Cannot be switched off. Processed under KVKK Article 5(2)(c) and (f).
- Functional: third-party embeds such as Google Maps and product videos (YouTube / Vimeo). Loaded only with your consent.
- Analytics: visit statistics (Google Analytics 4, Consent Mode v2). The tag loads on every page before any cookie is written. If you do not allow analytics cookies, or you reject them, Google receives a cookieless ping and no _ga cookie is stored. If you allow them, _ga cookies are set. Cookieless pings rely on legitimate interest under KVKK Article 5(2)(f) to measure conversions (such as file uploads) without building an advertising profile.
- Marketing: ad cookies, ad measurement and personalization. Without your consent, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization stay off. No separate ad tag is used at the moment.

4. Third-party services
| Service | Provider | Where | Cookies | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Maps | Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. | Contact page | Google's own cookies (e.g. NID, AEC); durations per Google's policy | Functional |
| YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) | Google LLC | Some product pages | Local storage and cookies once playback starts | Functional |
| Vimeo | Vimeo.com, Inc. | Some product pages | vuid and player cookies | Functional |
| Google Analytics 4 | Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. | Every page | No cookie without consent; a cookieless ping is sent. With consent, _ga (2 years) and _ga_<measurement id> (2 years). IP is anonymized | Analytics |
Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo are not loaded until you consent; a “Load content” button is shown instead. The Google Analytics tag loads with the page; analytics or marketing cookies are written only after you allow that category. Once you consent your browser connects directly to the provider, which may process data abroad under its own privacy policy. Cookieless pings also go to Google’s infrastructure abroad; they do not include a cookie identifier or an advertising profile.
5. Managing your choice
On your first visit you can choose “Accept all”, “Reject all” or “Preferences”. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in and the cart.
For your rights regarding data processed through cookies, see the Privacy Notice or write to [email protected].
