We design the machine that speeds up a job, makes it repeatable or does what can't be done by hand. From idea to 3D model, drawings, part manufacturing and assembly, we run it all from one shop.

We produce the 3D design and drawings. Most parts are made in our own shop with CNC turning and milling, laser cutting, press brake bending and 3D printing; standard components (bearings, linear guides, motors, pneumatics) are sourced.
We assemble, run and test the machine. The 3D model and drawings are handed over with it, so you have the files if a part ever needs replacing.

Send us your need, photos or a video of the current setup and rough dimensions through the contact page. After a site visit and a concept design we share scope, schedule and price in writing.
Stage 1
What we design
Special machines for production lines, assembly and inspection fixtures, welding and machining jigs, feeding and handling units. It can be a small bench jig or a multi-station machine.
We start by listening: the part, quantity, cycle time, space and safety requirements. We agree on the solution and show it in a 3D model; manufacturing starts only after your approval.

Questions
Is there an automatic price for machine design?
No. Every machine is shaped by its need, so our engineers price it after a site visit and a concept design.
Can I order the design only?
Yes. We deliver the 3D model and drawings; you can have them manufactured anywhere.
Can you improve an existing machine?
Yes. We add jigs to existing machines and redesign and make broken or unavailable parts.
