Steel and stainless part production
Parts that carry load or must resist wear and corrosion are made of steel. We produce S235 and C45 parts with stainless 304 and 316 on the CNC mill and lathe.

S235 sits close to construction. C45 is a more controlled carbon steel, chosen for shafts and gears. 304 is for general corrosion resistance, 316 for acidic and salty environments. Stainless removes more slowly than steel, which is why the time grows.
Heat treatment is not inside the automatic price; it falls to review as a note. If hardened steel is to be machined, state it in the quote note.
- Shafts, pins and connectors (turning)
- Flanges, plates and brackets (milling)
- Load-bearing machine parts
- Stainless parts for food and chemical environments
Questions
Can hardened steel be machined?
The automatic list does not say so. Add a note to the file and ask for review.
