Part production from a sample
You have a working part but no drawing, no file, maybe not even a manufacturer. Send us the sample; we scan and measure it, rebuild its digital model, and then produce the same part.

Machine covers, handles, gears and pulleys, broken connectors, housings and in-device plastic parts are frequent jobs. If the part is worn, we do not model the wear; we return to its original dimension.
For load-bearing or safety-critical parts, material and strength are discussed separately; if a different material than the sample's is needed, we say so up front.
Stage 1
How the process runs
The work runs in four steps: the sample reaches us, it is scanned in 3D and critical dimensions are verified with hand tools, a production-ready CAD model is built, and production starts with your approval of the model.
The part itself tells us the technology: a plastic cover or housing is printed with FDM, while plastic and metal parts that must hold dimension are machined on the CNC lathe or mill. Your sample is returned after production.

Questions
Is the sample damaged?
Scanning is contactless; the part is not cut or drilled. The sample is returned when the work is done.
The part is worn or broken. Does it still work?
Yes. We complete wear and breakage back to the original geometry, and say before production where we cannot.
How many can I produce?
From a single piece to a small series. Once the model exists, repeat orders go straight to production.
