What can we produce?
Whatever the technology, work usually arrives with one of the same questions: an identical copy of a sample at hand, a new version of a part that no longer exists, or a plastic and metal part to be produced. We listed our capabilities by those questions.
Part Production from a Sample
- 3D scanning
- Measurement
- CAD model
- Like-for-like production
You have a working part but no file? We scan and measure the sample, rebuild the CAD model and produce the same part.
Open02Design of Obsolete Parts
- Reverse engineering
- Broken parts
- Spare parts
- Production-ready drawing
We redesign discontinued, out-of-stock or broken parts. The part is drawn again for the place it works in and the load it carries.
Open03Plastic Part Production
- PLA / PETG / ABS
- POM
- PA6 Nylon
- Polycarbonate
- PTFE
- PEEK
Plastic parts are produced with FDM printing or machined on the CNC lathe and mill. The material is chosen together, for the job the part does.
Open04Hobby Toys
- Figures and models
- Tabletop pieces
- Articulated toys
- RC and drone parts
- PLA / PETG / TPU
Figures, scale models, tabletop game pieces, articulated toys and RC parts printed on our 3D printers. Send your own design or a licensed file; we print from one piece to a small batch.
Open05Aluminum Parts
- 6061
- 6082
- 7075
- Brackets and covers
- Prototypes
Aluminum for light, dimensionally true and fast-machining parts: brackets, covers, housings, heat sinks and prototypes. 6061, 6082 and 7075.
Open06Brass Parts
- Fittings
- Bushings
- Threaded connectors
- Turning work
Brass for fittings, valve components, bushings and electrical connectors; it machines cleanly on the lathe and holds threads and sealing faces well.
Open07Steel and Stainless Parts
- S235
- C45
- 304 / 316 Stainless
- Load-bearing parts
Steel and stainless for parts that carry load and resist wear and corrosion: S235, C45, 304 and 316. Milled and turned.
Open08Mold Making
- Fiber molds
- Prototype molds
- Master models
Fiber and composite molds, prototype molds and master models for forms that must repeat. Mold work is quoted after review.
OpenQuestions
I have no file, only the part itself. Can you produce it?
Yes. We scan the sample with a 3D scanner, take its dimensions and rebuild the CAD model. The part is then produced with FDM, CNC turning or CNC milling. Details are on the production-from-sample page.
Can you produce a single piece?
Yes. Prototypes and spare parts start at quantity one. Unit cost falls as quantity grows; you see this on the quote line.
