To exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller Fink Games Yazılım Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

1. Channels

A signed written application delivered by hand or by post/courier to Geçit Mah. 1. Vefa Sokak No: 34, 16180 Osmangazi/Bursa, Türkiye (write “KVKK Information Request” on the envelope);
Through a notary public;
With a secure electronic or mobile signature, or by email to [email protected] from the email address you previously gave us and that is registered in our system.

2. Required information

First and last name and, for written applications, signature;
Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality and passport or ID number;
Residential or business address for notification;
Email address, phone or fax number for notification, if any;
The subject of the request and any supporting information or documents.

4. Response time

Applications are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If the action involves an additional cost, the fee in the Board's schedule may be charged. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or not given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the answer and in any case within 60 days of the application.
